Song and artist name display problems

Hi folks,

First time posting so hoping for the best.

I have had this problem through many versions of iTunes but I've finally run out of patience now that Apple Music is in play and the latest update still didn't fix it. I've tried cleaning up my font registry but I just don't know how to fix the problem. The name of the song and artist playing seems to be cut off and not showing properly in the top display when a song is playing. Names also don't show when I try to search for something. Images attached. Any help or guidance would be more than appreciated.
