After updated to IOS 8.4 , my iPhone 6 usually shutdown automatically !
and some time the iPhone become freezing ,

This is some occasional Issue or you are encountering it everyday ? . If it is occasional the please check up with your memory is it Full or so .
Check the usage and etc. These types of issue are caused sometimes by memory problem .
The other possibilty can be a Battery Issue . If your battery is draining faster then before then it may result in these type of issues
and the last possibilty can be of some Hardware Issue . MAke sure you get you iphone checked by an Apple Specialist .
