iOS 8.4 update

Last night I updated my 5s to iOS 8.4 everything was work fine no problems my phone also at the moment is not connected....

today as I'm leaving to work I open up the music app and it's completely white so I restart the app same thing happens so now I get a bit nervous I go to settings > muisc> Apple music and I turned it off and that fixed the problem until I got out of work......samething started to happen so I kept restarting my phone and problem was still there.....then I put it on airplane mode and it started showing all my music again and when I took it off bang back to the problem....so my theory here is if you have no service you can't listen to the music you already have saved to your phone? Is it a temporary bug? Am I the only one going thru this?
