Help

So i had forgotten my passcode and eventually failed all my tries til i got to the iphone is disabled thing. So i looked it up how to fix it online and i was going to restore it. But instead me being me i pressed the Update button instead.

Now its most likely updated which is great but I'm still stuck on iphone disabled screen and now i cannot do anything. Can't put into recovery mode even. What do i do?
