yyeah I know about any browser but I think safari safer than other I feeling spy can see my task some times

Why do you feel that you're being spied on? Safari is no less safe than any other browser, so unless you actually see behavior that you believe is caused by spying, there is no reason to think that. If you are seeing certain symptoms, then please say what they are. It's almost certainly not due to "spying."
Internet is a big place so no browser can be safe. Only you can avoid getting slammed by using good judgment and don't visit shady sites.
iCloud mail is secure and do not use ads, but like above it depends on where you use that e-mail address to signed in to.
