Can't install iTunes

Question

Can't install iTunes

I cannot get iTunes to install in Windows 8. I hit the download button and it never allows me to click on the run or download button. Then it goes to a page that says Thanks for downloading, but its not on my computer. Please help.

iPad, iOS 8.4

Direct links for 12.2 installers:

Windows 7 or later, 32-bit - iTunesSetup.exe
Windows 7 or later, 64-bit - iTunes6464Setup.exe
Windows 7 or later, 64-bit "for older video cards" (actually 32-bit application w/ 64-bit installer) - itunes64setup.exe
