What if the iTunes App just isn't on your phone?
the iTunes app just isn showing up on my phone and I've looked everwhere on my phone and even asked Siri, and even she said there was no such app on my phone.
iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
Check Settings > General > Restrictions >
iTunes Store: ON?
Installing Apps: ON?
Deleting Apps: ON?
