iTunes on new MacBook not recognizing iPhone

Question also asked in other forum.

But...

New MacBook - no USB port to connect phone and sync or associated with iTunes. How can I associated iTunes on my new comp with my iPhone wirelessly?

iTunes 12-OTHER, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
