Question

iOS8.4 Music app Freezes and "My Music" songs fail to play.

Highly disappointed because I have already paid for the service and it freezes too much and fails to play the offline "My music" as well as online songs while streaming. However it does play when I force close the app and open it again quite a few times.

Turn your device off and back on. If this doesn't help, try resetting your phone. This won't delete your data.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
