When I reset the iPod; ipod requires login id apple. I have logged the correct account, my password. But did not know for what reason I use the alarm system does not correct my account

You have to recover use of the ID last used in Settings>iCloud since it seem you are running into:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock

If you are the original purchaser and have proof of purpose Apple will also help
Thanks for your reply. But the answer is not yet convinced.
Because account issues I last used in Settings> iCloud was logged on when I reset my ipod. But I was informed that it is impossible to unlock with this account on my iPod. I think that's the problem and feel this is one security fault in icloud.
I feel troublesome because even though the account properly spend the last time on ipod but still can not get out !!
Please help me get rid of mistakes from errors
