Im in Bangkok and don't know where to go to solve my problem. The iPhone has its own life, doesnt do what I want, on the contrary does what it wants. It happens with all the apps. It's a general problem.

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
