I've just installed Yosemite 10.10.4. Unfortunately the magic mouse bluetooth problem (frequent 'lost connection', then 'connected') is still there.
The fix of deleting the preference files doesn't work.
Any other suggestions?
It does seem specific to the mouse - my bluetooth multitouch trackpad on the same machine has no problems.

The mouse is no more disconnected than connected. I tried to separate magic mice and I get the same problem with both.
It doesn't seem to be a Bluetooth problem really because my touchpad has not disconnected at all continues to work perfectly.
It's really annoying to have a nonworking mouse. And I'd be grateful for any suggestions anybody has as to how to fix this.
I've tried everything I've read deleting various files to no effect.
Still having this issue as well. Mid 2014 MBP 15. Its gotten better since the 10.10.4 update but I'm still getting probably 10-15 disconnects and random reconnect per day. Very very disruptive.
