iOS 8.4 - iPhone hot after charging

Don't want to get flamed here, but on top of loosing Touch ID and GPS issues after 8.4 update, did a first time full charge overnight and woke up this morning to my phone extremely hot! I'm starting to wonder what else is wrong with this release!
