I'm an Indian Apple Music listener but I can't listen to explicit songs, the options to turn off regional restriction is greyed out (http://imgur.com/Uc0i8w5). Any ideas?

Uh this is odd, a lot of people were reporting not being able to listen to explicit songs in Indian Apple Music but you can?

Showing the "Ratings" for India is something and Using "Indian store" is totally different. To see the country your account is associated with, you have to go to the app store> click your account at the bottom > view Apple ID> coutry/Region.
Depending on the country found on this menu, Apple either shows explicit or clean songs.
The guy whom is able to play explicit music will definitely have another country associated with his app store account.
SO please check your store country and take another screen shot to post here.
It is not an issue in India only. Several countries have the same issue like mine, Egypt. So I recommend to change the topic name and include all countries that have the same issue so Apple can hear us.
Since today (Jul 17) it seems that for some countries (Belarus for example) which had the problem of greyed out Explicit setting, the setting now works.
Try logging out of Apple Id and logging back in, maybe it will work for you as well
I Have just checked ( loged in and out several times) nothing happened. I wish they are working on a fix for the rest of our countries.

Well I am not using another country buddy, I am using india as my country
I think I find the reason of being able to play songs, it's actually a us model and initially I made my apple id in usa and then changed to india when I come back.
I bought my iPhone and iPad from US yet there is no difference.
check your billing addres, if it is still in US then this is may be the reason

Yes . now the option to choose "Explicit Music" is accessible and you can turn it ON or OFF however I have it ON and cannot find/play explicit music on Apple Music.
At least we know that they are in a process of applying a fix.
