Where's The Option To Select Specific Songs/Playlists To Be Synced To iPhone? (iTunes 12.2)

I think I'm going to lose my mind as I have been desperately trying to find ways to sync specific songs/playlists to my iPhone like in the previous version of iTunes but I can't. In the previous iTunes, there was a single Music tab once you plugged in the iPhone where you could check and uncheck albums, songs or playlists to be synced to the iPhone but now there are TWO tabs for Music and the one that is under the On My Device section just shows you all your music and a few options to add to up next or edit playlist and nothing else. Is someone else having this issue too or am I just too stupid to find it?

iTunes 12.2 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.4

iPhone 5S on iOS 8.4
