can I backup my contacts with a broken screen?
My screen is broken on my iPhone 5 so I cannot enter my passcode, and I cannot activate voice over on Siri. Any way to remotely back up my contacts?

You shouldn't need to back up your contacts, they are synced with the Cloud and then to all your other devices, if you replace or repair your broken phone and then re-enable iCloud afterwards, your contacts should repopulate that device automatically for you. You can confirm that your contacts are indeed in the cloud at iCloud.com.
