password change for a user when greyed out? How should I proceed?
The parental controls need updating on this iMac desktop, 2008 20 inch. I am seeing that the user (my daughter) has changed and forgot her password afer changing it and her account name is greyed out? How should I proceed?
iMac (20-inch Early 2008), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
