Hi, I recently installed the 8.4 update on my ipad2. It has since developed a mind of it's own, randomly scrolling and opening link from email I try to read. Has anybody experienced this?
I have tried res-staring and resetting (power + home key) a few times but itdid not help.
If you've already tried resetting the device, try a factory reset. Don't forget to backup important data before. Take a look at this article:

You may need to try restoring the iOS software as D. Cohen is suggesting, but before you do that, try resetting all settings. It does not involve nearly as much work as restoring to factory settings requires.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter your WiFi network password again and you will have to enter some of the other device settings.
IF that makes no difference, then I would restore the iOS software as suggested.
