Songs - Greyed Out

Apologies if this been posted already, I couldn't find it though

Phone - iPhone 5C - update 8.4 - iTunes version 12.2

I have never had songs from iTunes before - so I had no songs on my PC and none on my Phone

I subscribed to Apple Music - when I noticed a problem.

Certain songs and some albums have the songs greyed out and I cant do anything with them

Take That - Circus

Take That - Progress

The Black Keys - Turn Blue

Judge Jules - Trance Anthems

The Killers - Hot Fuss

to name but a few - just random tracks here and there greyed out - on both PC and iPhone.

I know its not a sync issue - because there is nothing to sync

I have googled all day long and cant find out much

Any help is appreciated
