My iphone fall on water so I went to apple and they told me that they'll give me a new one if a pay 300$ so I pay it and they said me than they'll be in touch with me by email and by phone I just want to know approximately how long will take them to give me a new one, thanks in advanced.

There's no way anyone here would know how long. We are only users, just like yourself. If the store doesn't know, then neither would we.
