Volume and brightness OSD off center

Hi,

this might seem like a silly problem for some of you but I find it really annoying.

All of a sudden my volume and brightness OSD is below the center of the screen. How do I change this to the default position?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

What is the default position? Your screen shot shows it where mine has been since 10.6.
