Audio File Playing at Different Speed than Video Clip

I have a separate audio file mixed in Logic Pro X for each of my Video Clips. In FCPX they are playing back at different speeds. The pitch of each track is the same but the video clip is playing back slower.

The video specs are as follows: H.264 1280 X 720 Linear PCM 16-bit little-endian FPS 49.99

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

DDoes FCP say the video is 49.99? Or is that information from somewhere else? What does FCP think it is? 49.99 is of course a non-standard rate and probably the cause of the problem. You might need to convert it first before you bring it into FCP. You can probably use Compressor or MPEG Streamclip.
