I just updated my MacBook Pro to Yosemite 10.10.4 yesterday and now, suddenly whenever I try to launch a file from Adobe Bridge I get this error: AIGPUSNiffer quit unexpectedly. I must also mention I use Adobe Creative Cloud and Illustrator was also updated. I can launch from Bridge if I right-click and pick Illustrator.

I solved my own problem. It was with Adobe-
So if this happens to you - go to Bridge preferences and make sure the file type association for .ait and .ai are for Illustrator and not AIGPUSniffer (whatever that is)
Great, thanks. Makes so much sense now. I had assumed it was some middle-man process that Adobe used to "bridge" Bridge to Illustrator, hadn't thought to check the association. So weird. Thanks!
