Itunes stop playing after few seconds

Mac Book pro

Yosemite 10.10.4 (14E46)

Itunes 12.2.0.145

I launch Itunes as usual

I play a track (own playlist, or Apple Music)

2 / 3 seconds of music

Itunes stop to play

I (re)launch the track

2 / 3 more seconds and stop again.

I quit Itunes, relaunch it - same problem

I reboot the mac - same problem

Any clue ?
