my apple box is asking for ID and password I went on line and requested a new ID and password but when I go to my apple box and entered the new ID and password it tells me is incorrect can anybody tell me why?

I have an apple box to stream movies from Netflix. It is asking for ID and password I went on line and requested the info and when I entered the new ID and password t tells me is wrong can anybody tell me why

Even I hd a similar issue yesterday and spent many hours trying all the tip frpm this forum from resetting password to resetting apple tv,nothing really worked. Atlast, I was able to fix it. Just try this way.

CREAT A WIFI HOTSPOT FROM YOUR MOBILE NETWORK(not home wifi) AND sign in appletv.

once it is connected make sure you can sign in to your netfilx

disconnect the wifi network on your mobile and try to sign in

it will say no wifi and choose from the available wifi options

choose your home wifi or whatever wifi you normally use.
