I got a sec_error_unknown_issuer on safari then a message saying malware detected, has my computer now got a virus or trojon

I got a sec_error_unknown_issuer on safari page, which then froze. I then got a message saying malware detected in a Safari message window. See both images below.

Like an idot I did call them but quickly realised it was a scam, as the person sounded dodgy and hung up.

Has my computer now got a virus or trojon?

Those are all SCAMs. No one can detect such stuff from outside your Mac, and if you actually had the problem listed, it would not lock up your Mac.

Your computer likely connected to a site that contains a malicious JavaScript, or hosted an ad with a malicious JavaScript.

1) Quit Safari, or Force Quit if it will not regular quit.

2) Hold down Shift as you re-launch Safari, to suppress re-opening of previously open pages.

3) You should be free.
