Try deleting the app and downloading it again.
Also, restart your device and sign out/back in to your account.
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

I Tried deleting app, resetting iPad and still nothing
I Also tried both of these several times and the app simply doesn't work now. I miss it

Now my snapchat, Facebook and td app are not responding. Slowly all my apps are shutting down. I'm ready to turn my phone and iPad off and go back to my old Microsoft, it actually works

Apple isn't here. Call the AppleCare telephone number if you wish their help or make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store.
Have you also tried Restoring your iPad in iTunes from your backup?
