iphone 6 plus headphone jack

A fault developed on my Iphone 6 plus last week where the headphone Jack wouldn`t stay in my phone and it didn`t work anyway. ie. when i plugged it in it didn`t cut off the speaker and earphones didn`t work. the phone is about 4 weeks old but I checked for dust anyway , nothing there, I raised a service repair and sent it in. Today had an email saying no fault found. There is no way they couldn`t find a fault. and the phone is on it`s way back to me assuming still not working. Anyone else experienced this ? 😠
