My Mac use to stream video to the Apple TV fine, but over the last 6 months the videos will drag and stutter. I have checked for updates, restarted, moved the router and checked the signal strength but it is still the same. Any ideas?

test using ethernet cables to verify it's wifi interference which is your problem

just using a microwave oven will make a huge amount of interference on the 2.4Ghz band

also if a neighbour close by does (if you like in an apartment building)
