How to merge two different apple id or icloud account.

Previously I had an iPhone 5s and an iPad 2. As iPhone 6 plus launched i purchased it so that i wont need my iPad. My iPhone 5s had zzz apple id and my iPad had yyy apple id. When i purchased 6 plus i am using the apple id of my 5s but i also want my data from my iPad which has yyy apple id. I dont have so much data but a lot of documents on notes, pages, etc. As my ipad is not working i am not able to view my data in the ipad. Now i only can view whatever is in the yyy apple id in the icloud.

Please suggest any way so that i can transfer my data from the icloud to my zzz apple id in my 6 plus. Also is there any way to merge both the apple id's?
