outlook 2003 or newer

I upgraded to office 2010 about a year ago . I installed cloud clean to synch outlook with my iphone 6 . The problem is that icloud says that I must have outlook 2007 or newer to synch contacts etc .As I mentioned before I am running outlook 2010

Any ideas

iPhone 6, Windows 7
