Q: iAd banner not approved properly
We think that our app has not been approved properly by iAd, though it says the 'Ad Status' is 'Live ads'.
Our app was released today in the app store.
When the app went live today, ads were showing for about 30 minutes for all users/devices who downloaded it. However after about 30 minutes, all users/devices stopped receiving ads.
We are confident this is not an issue with the app build. There are still also two separate builds running in TestFlight (one for external and one for internal testers), these builds are still receiving test ads from iAd. One of these TestFlight builds is the same one which is now live in the store. We have also already implemented ads in another app which is currently live and ads are working normally in that one.
Who should we contact, other than submitting a question to iAd via their online form. There must be an email address or phone number, can't seem to find it anywhere.
