iRadio

I just purchased iTunes Match and was under the impression that this would allow iTunes Radio on my phone! Because I live in Canada, I read that it was not availalbe here. I assumed that this latest 8.4 upgrade was a regular upgrade and was so happy to see the radio icon on my phone...now I am seeing the "unable to start station" error message and it looks like I STILL can't get iRadio without paying MORE money! Is there a solution to this? Also is there a way to un-instal and go back to the previous version?
