Trying to change to child account and stuck in a verification loop with iTunes.
I logged into my sons account that was set up with the wrong birth year, changed it to the correct one, then it sent me a verification email. I click on Approve Request, then it makes me log into MY account to confirm. When I do that, it says I need to verify that I'm the account holder by adding the CCV code in iTunes which I do, then nothing changes on my son's account and his birth date is NOT approved or verified. Incredibly frustrating!
