Purchase cancelled

Hello

I bought an ipod on June 21 and was charged to my card, I receive a mail of confirmation , That I really bought my ipod with my tracking number W4*****960 .

I just want to check but the status says " canceled" i did not receive any kind of mail of cancellation , I really want to receive my ipod and it supposed to be received today 2dn July .



Could you help me why is canceled .. When I am going to receive my ipod or my refound , Please confirm ASAP .
