Did the suggested security update last night 2015-005
Today bunch of files are now corrupt: FileMaker and Excel
Am I the only one ?
Any fix ?
(repaired permissions but still the same)
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
Try restoring the corrupt files from a backup made before the security update.
Well, unfortunately some of these files had no back ups !:(
Here's what I had to do to fix this:
Boot from my EDrive (techtool Pro)
Repair permissions on all disks
Replace directories on all disks
And now all is fine
