Phone calls made to my wife's phone also show up in my phone call received list And phone calls to me also show up in her phone call list. I don't want this and would like to know how to stop it.

Is the iCloud ID separate from the Apple ID? I want to keep a single Apple ID account for payments and music downloads, but want to stop the shared call listings.
You're sharing an ID for iCloud. Don't do that. iCloud IDs are not meant to be shared. Recent changes to iCloud syncing have resulted in people who are sharing iCloud ID seeing call history synced between devices.
If you want to share content, apps, music, etc., there are better ways to do that.

Yes and no. An iCloud ID is an Apple ID, but an Apple ID is not necessarily also an iCloud ID.
(If that's confusing, think: All elephants are gray. Not all gray things are elephants.
If you want to share purchases, you'd be much better off using Family Sharing. Any content purchased by any individual in the family is the property of the individual purchaser, but can be shared with anyone else in the family.
You could, alternately, use one Apple ID for purchases, and create new iCloud accounts for each of you, or use one for purchases and iCloud for one of you and the other just for iCloud for the other one.
The first option is the most desirable and easiest to manage.
Thank you for the info on this. I purchased the extra iCloud storage. This appears to only work with my Apple ID / iCloud ID. When logged in with my wifes ID, it does not give her access to the extra storage. Mainly for music and photo sharing. Any suggestions?
Use different AppleIDs. They are personal and individual. Not meant to be shared.
You will have to pick who is going to 'own' the existing ID. The other person will have to remove the iCloud account from their phone, and create their own ICloud ID.
