Late 2012 Retina MacBook Pro Intel HD 4000, can't properly connect to a Sharp TV via HDMI.
The picture looks distorted, colour changes all the time, every 2 seconds TV informs that the video source is corrupt.

Did this just start happening after the 10.10.4 update?
To be completely honest, I have no idea. Just decided to post it since the patch notes said "blah blah blah external monitors". Last time I tried to connect the same device was with Mavericks, so no Idea about Yosemite in general.

Yeah, in my specif case yes, it's started with 10.10.4 release.
I was used to use TV screen as mirror of my Air and after upgrade the HDMI cable doesn't work properly, actually it doesn't work at all.
I have tried HDMI cable and HDMI adapter in another MAC (w/out 10.10.4) and it works as expected.
At this moment I'm trying to rollback to previous release.
Definitely it's started with 10.10.4
Still no luck with connecting a Late 2012 Pro Retina to a Sharp TV.
