Apple TV Not Functioning

My Apple TV is suddenly not working. I've rebooted it twice. It is stuck on a screen that says TV and has 2 icons. Computers (for Home Sharing) and Settings. Nothing I do gets me to the main menu. The Home Sharing setup also keeps saying that it doesn't recognize my Apple ID or password, and I'm 100% sure that both are correct. This is a newer Apple TV (3 - 6 months old I think). My older ones are working fine. Thoughts? It's protected from power surges so I don't think it was fried.
