i updated my iphone 5 to the new iOS 8.4

since i updated my phone it keeps restarting when the screen had loaded and fades out constantly?

Hi

Try reboot press power button& menu button hold both down until

You see Apple Logo .

Hi

Turn iphone OFF

Connect lead to USB on your PC

Press & hold power button on iPhone don't let go

Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed

Until PC sees iphone wait for restore .
