Since updating to ios8.4 I can get my music when I hit the music app a pretty picture comes up and stays there

SSince updating to iOS 8.4 I can't reach my music when I hit the music app it just bring a pretty picture up and it freezes.

iPad Mini, iOS 8.4, No music
