Restrictions Do not playing explicit songs

It tells me to go to parental controls. When i go to Preferences>Parental Controls, the Checkbox to set the restriction for music with explicit content is inactive (meaning i can't check it off), whereas, the checkbox for movies, TV shows, etc, is active and i can manage them. Please help.

P.S. I am on Indian iTune store.
