Why do I not have Siri on iPhone 5
I have an iPhone 5 and Siri is not on it, why? It's up to date with iOS

siri is only on iPhone 5s /6/6+ because iPhone 5 cannot update

The iPhone 5 can update to iOS 8 and 9 when its released, and has Siri. Heck even the iPhone 4s has Siri.
Siri is available on these devices:
- iPhone 4S or later
- iPad 3rd generation or later
- iPad mini
- iPod touch 5th generation
Make sure its not turned off in Settings->General->Siri
If its still not available, you may need to Restore the iPhone.
None of this is true.
Siri is on iPhone 4s and later.
You can certainly update iPhone 5 to the latest iOS version.
Check your settings
Go into Settings>General>Siri and make sure you have Siri turned on
