Since updating to 12.2...error message..."Item has not been purchased on your Apple ID"...but it has been.

I am receiving an error message "Item Has Not Been Purchased" (not available to download because it was not purchased on your Apple ID".

I did purchase the song...and in the iCloud Status column it says purchased.

Anyway to fix?

Can you download it from the Purchased items page in the iTunes Store? (There's a purchased link in the right column when you go to the iTunes Store page.)

The songs are listed there...with the cloud to download, but the song won't actually download. It won't download on my phone either.
