Stop "Push notifications are disabled" message

I have iOS 8 dot yada dot yada

I have a few apps that give me a dialog, every single time I launch them, that my push notifications are turned off. Yes. I know that. I did that on purpose.

Any way to turn that crap off so it doesn't tell me every single time?
