When i make a new playlist all the tracks are listed like this ?
How can i get back this tracklist ?
Looks like a bug.... Can't find any place in the menus to change this ?
I Can change the view in old playlists but not in the new ones ?
Not a bug it's the way they changed it. All new and old playlists are set to "Playlist" mode. You need to change each playlist to "Song" mode.
Inside a playlist window on the top right hand side under search bar you will see the word "Playlist" with a down arrow. Click on the down arrow and choose "Songs" and the old playlist style returns. Though there seems to be no way to remove the new large header on top of playlists.

In iTunes 12.5, that has changed again.
Now, the settings are available by the short command "cmd+J" or via "View -> Show view options" in the Statusbar
