Sent email limit exceede. How to fix?!

I have apparently exceeded my Sent email limit with iCloud. I sent a large email yesterdaty to 155 names. (The email never actually sent, as it turns out). Now, I am trying to send just two emails, but continue to received the Sent Email Limit message. It seems like its in an unstoppable loop. Please help me fix 😟((
