I forgot my security questions and I got them wrong to many times and now my Apple ID is locked, and I don't have a rescue e-mail, further more in my country we don't have apple support.Helpp!!!!!!

When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses
