iTunes Match files will not download. I keep getting "file is corrupted" error messages

I add files to iTunes Match from both a Windows computer and a Mac and have had the same problem on both. Some songs that have been uploaded (not Matched) to the cloud will not download to the other machine. I get the same error on both ends telling me that the files are corrupted. This is a recent problem that only started in the last week. Help!
