how do i move photos to my albums

How do I move photo to my albums in ICloud Photo Library? Click and drag doesn't work.

Click and drag works fine for me, what exactly happens when you try, are you doing it too fast.

Sorry I hit this solved it. I still can't get it to work and I restarted my computer. I used Iphoto before this and I could drag pics to any folder I wanted. I just can't figure it out.

Photos lets you drag photos to albums too.
